Bago nagsimula ang pasukan ng ating mga estudyante para sa S.Y. 2024-2025, pinangunahan ni Mayor Ramon RG Guico IV at ng mga lokal na opisyales ng bayan ng Binalonan ang inauguration at blessing ng bagong 3-story 6 classroom school building sa South Central School para sa mga mag-aaral ng Binalonan.

The Rural Health Unit (RHU) of Binalonan distributed food packs and vitamins to pregnant women in the municipality as part of the Dietary Supplementation Program for Pregnant Women Program Year 4!

TATLONG (3) MGA BAGONG CENTENARIANS, KINILALA NG LGU BINALONAN

Muling kinilala ng LGU Binalonan ang ilan sa ating mga centenarian mula sa iba’t-ibang barangay ng Binalonan. Ang mga centenarians na nakatanggap ng pagkilala ay sina lolo Adriano Layos Fajardo mula Barangay Cili na isinilang noong March 7, 1924, lola Basilisa Tumacder Biado na isinilang noong April 15, 1924 at lola Basilia Guico Siador na isinilang noong June 14, 1924, at nagmula sa Barangay Sta. Catalina.

To avoid building a house on illegal land, please avoid purchasing of land without approval, clearances, and necessary permits.

TYPHOON “CARINA” FURTHER INTENSIFIES AS IT HEADS TOWARDS TAIWAN.
Location of Center (4:00 AM):
The center of the eye of Typhoon CARINA was estimated based on all available data at 290 km Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes (22.9°N, 123.5°E)
Intensity:
Maximum sustained winds of 155 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 190 km/h, and central pressure of 950 hPa
Present Movement:
Northwestward at 25 km/h
Extent of Tropical Cyclone Winds:
Strong to typhoon-force winds extend outwards up to 700 km from the center

BAYAN NG BINALONAN, PINARANGALAN SA ENVIRONMENT MONTH CELEBRATION 2024

Sa kakatapos lamang na culminating program ng Environmental Month Celebration, na ginanap sa San Fernando, La Union, nakatanggap muli ang ating bayan ng parangal bilang Outstanding Local Government Environmental Partner on Air and Water Quality Management.
Ang naturang programa ay alinsunod sa pagdiriwang ng 2024 Philippine Environment Month na may temang “Our Environment, Our Future,” na inorganisa ng DENR upang bigyang parangal ang lahat ng nominado na LGU at industriya para sa kanilang outstanding environmental practices and innovations.
Ang parangal ay personal na tinanggap ng Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office sa pangunguna ni Eng. Clarissa Cabacang.
Ang parangal na ito ay ating nakamit sa pagsisikap ng ating Lokal na Pamahalaan na maging malinis at maging maayos ang ating bayan sa pangunguna ng ating butihing Ama ng Bayan, Hon. Mayor Ramon RG Guico IV, Hon. Vice Mayor Bryan Louie Balangue, at ng Sangguniang Bayan Members.

BINALONAN: GREEN CANOPY PROJECT

GREEN CANOPY PROJECT| The Local Government Unit of Binalonan, in partnership with Citicore Foundation and Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation, conducted a tree planting activity in Barangay Sta. Catalina on October 16, 2024. With the guidance of the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office, Municipal Agriculture Office, and the Municipal Tourism and Information Office, members of the Binalonan MDRRMO, PNP, and BFP and representatives from the WCC Aeronautical and Technological College Binalonan Campus Community Extension and Services Office and College of Aeronautical Engineering, University of Eastern Pangasinan College of Business Administration, and College of Accounting, planted 250 fruit bearing trees provided by the Province of Pangasinan Provincial Agriculture Office.
Beforehand, participants were briefed on the proper planting techniques to assure greater chances of survival for the seedlings. The Barangay Council of Sta. Catalina and the Sta, Catalina Integrated School were urged to visit the planting site and tend to the trees from time to time. After the tree planting, participants joined in a zumba led by Mr. Jayson C. Aro of DENR-EMB Region 1. Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng nakilahok! Sama-sama para sa kalikasan. 🌱
