The Municipality of Binalonan was conferred on Nov 12 with the 2017 Seal of Child-Friendly Local Governance (SCFLG) by the Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC) in a ceremony held at the Sison Auditorium in Lingayen, Pangasinan.
