To provide a viable source of income by tapping on their animal-raising skills, the Office of the Municipal Social Welfare Development (MSWD) on Feb. 21 distributed goatsto 4Ps members of Binalonan as part of the Sustainable Livelihood Program of the agency.

The Binalonan Events Tent temporarily became a “comedy bar” where the best and brightest stand-up comedians from Baguio City set the audience into jolts of endless laughter with a range of tasteful to timelessly unabashed jokes matched by entertaining song and dance numbers.
Talk about ending with a bang!
The final stretch of the 13-day long Binalonan town fiesta concluded on Feb. 20 with a “Dance Revolution” at the Binalonan Public Auditorium.
