The Municipality of Binalonan hosted on March 20 the 2nd Pangasinan Councilors League (PCL) Inter-District Basketball League at the Ramon J. Guico Sr. Sports and Civic Center with the theme “Strengthening the Bond and Unity Amongst Elected Officials Through Sports.”
