REMINDER: BUYING AND SELLING OF AGRICULTURAL LANDS SUBDIVIDED INTO RESIDENTIAL LOTS WITHOUT NECESSARY PERMIT IN BINALONAN IS ILLEGAL.
PUBLIC ADVISORY:
To those who engage in selling and buying of agricultural lands subdivided into residential lots, please be informed that it is ILLEGAL unless the owner/seller has complied all the legal requirements such as Approved Land Conversion from DAR, Development Permit issued by the LGU and Certificate of Registration and License to Sell issued by the DHSUD.
To avoid building a house on illegal land, please avoid purchasing of land without approval, clearances, and necessary permits.

TYPHOON “CARINA” FURTHER INTENSIFIES AS IT HEADS TOWARDS TAIWAN.
Location of Center (4:00 AM):
The center of the eye of Typhoon CARINA was estimated based on all available data at 290 km Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes (22.9°N, 123.5°E)
Intensity:
Maximum sustained winds of 155 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 190 km/h, and central pressure of 950 hPa
Present Movement:
Northwestward at 25 km/h
Extent of Tropical Cyclone Winds:
Strong to typhoon-force winds extend outwards up to 700 km from the center

BAYAN NG BINALONAN, PINARANGALAN SA ENVIRONMENT MONTH CELEBRATION 2024
Sa kakatapos lamang na culminating program ng Environmental Month Celebration, na ginanap sa San Fernando, La Union, nakatanggap muli ang ating bayan ng parangal bilang Outstanding Local Government Environmental Partner on Air and Water Quality Management.
Ang naturang programa ay alinsunod sa pagdiriwang ng 2024 Philippine Environment Month na may temang “Our Environment, Our Future,” na inorganisa ng DENR upang bigyang parangal ang lahat ng nominado na LGU at industriya para sa kanilang outstanding environmental practices and innovations.
Ang parangal ay personal na tinanggap ng Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office sa pangunguna ni Eng. Clarissa Cabacang.
Ang parangal na ito ay ating nakamit sa pagsisikap ng ating Lokal na Pamahalaan na maging malinis at maging maayos ang ating bayan sa pangunguna ng ating butihing Ama ng Bayan, Hon. Mayor Ramon RG Guico IV, Hon. Vice Mayor Bryan Louie Balangue, at ng Sangguniang Bayan Members.
