Balikbayan Hall is a sentimental place for the local citizens of Binalonan. Coming from its name “Balikbayan” which literally means “a Filipino visiting or returning to the Philippines after a period of living in another country”, the place is being preserved for the Balikbayan people to feel that Binalonan was and will always be their home.
