The surviving piece of the old market building. The marker was installed on November 6, 1951 with the initiative of the former town Mayor Guico Sr. in organizing the Market place to become a clean and pleasant location for exchange and trading. It is a historic marker that signify the continuation of the Municipal ordinance to promote Binalonan Clean and Green policy.
