Instruction to Applicants:
- Create and/or Login to your account.
- Fill-up the Application Form.
- Upload necessary documents (Sanitary Permit, Barangay Clearance, etc.)
- Submit application. Clients will receive Tax Order of Payment on their registered email address.
- Pay online via LandBank Link.Biz Portal.
Business Permit, Plates and Official Receipts can be pick-up at the Office of the Municipal Treasurer.

- Click on Pay Now
- Select Merchant: MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BINALONAN, PANGASINAN
- Select Transaction: Business Tax
- Fill-up the Transaction Details to proceed payment.
